The apartment is furnished, clean and overall in very nice condition, including all equipment. The windows of the apartment are wooden casement, the floor in the room is floating, the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are tiled. There is central electric heating, which is also used to heat water.

Parking is available in a quiet street next to the house. The apartment is located near the metro station Andel, Na Knizeci, Smichovske nadrazi and Radlicka, tram stop is directly near by house. Near the house is a park, forest and behind the girls’ castle is a path to the Prokop’s valley. At Radlická there is a fitness center and a swimming stadium.
